At The Royal Chamber, our policies help us provide superior and quality services to our customers, as we continue offering services in a warm, relaxing and inviting atmosphere that caters to your needs.
CHILDREN
Children are welcome, provided a service is being rendered and they are accompanied by an adult who is not being serviced. Or a service can be rendered for that adult, as long as the service is equal to or less than the amount of time of the child’s service. The Royal Chamber considers children to be of or under the age of twelve.
SCHEDULING
All appointments can be scheduled by phone or in person with your desired stylist. Your appointment time is determined strictly according to the services requested. Be sure this includes an adequate amount of time for a personalized consultation with your stylist if desired.
LATE CANCELLATION POLICY
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum 24 hour notice prior to the date of service. An additional $25.00 fee will be charged to the next service for all services cancelled less than 24 hours of the appointment time. For appointments that are not kept, there will be a $25.00 charge to the next service.
PAYMENTS
The Royal Chamber accepts Cash, Debit Cards, Visa and MasterCard and some personal checks.
DEPOSIT
A consultation prior to your appointment date is required for all customers receiving extensions, braids or wigs. A non-refundable deposit (a percentage of the service) is required at the time of the consultation when scheduling. The deposit will be deducted from the total amount, of the scheduled hair extension, braid or wig service appointment.
